Inspired by the successful efforts to reconnect the diaspora with their roots, the Maronite Foundation proudly announces the 9th consecutive year of the Maronite Academy Class of 2026, dedicated in honor of the late Executive Board Member Mr. Michel Abi Nader.
This unique initiative targets young Lebanese-descent Christians (ages 20–30, living abroad) and begins with comprehensive online courses on Lebanese history and the Maronite Heritage.
Applicants must then submit an Essay detailing their motivation to visit and their commitment to helping the Foundation encourage the recovery of Lebanese citizenship among their communities.
The selected candidates will receive a free, fully-covered two-week trip to Lebanon from August 8 to August 23, 2026.
This immersive experience features daily lectures by prominent panelists at institutions like USEK University, along with guided tours of Lebanon’s most important historical sites and landmarks, offering an unforgettable journey back to their homeland.
