18 Years of Commitment. One Mission.

In June 2006, the late His Beatitude Patriarch Nasrallah Boutros Sfeir, by Patriarchal Decree, established the Maronite Foundation in the World, entrusting it with a unique mission: to strengthen the bonds between Lebanon and its worldwide diaspora, preserve our identity and heritage, and help every Lebanese descendant remain connected to the homeland of their ancestors.
On 23 July 2008, the Foundation officially embarked on its mission. Since then, it has remained inspired by faith, love for Lebanon, and an unwavering commitment to serving Lebanese communities around the world.
Today, as we celebrate 18 years of dedicated service, our commitment is stronger than ever. We continue working with the same passion, the same enthusiasm, and the same determination to help future generations reclaim and preserve their Lebanese citizenship while strengthening their attachment to Lebanon through the Maronite Academy.
This remarkable journey would not have been possible without the vision of our late founders, the continued support of His Beatitude Patriarch Bechara Boutros Rai, the dedication and generosity of our successive Presidents, the commitment of our Board members, directors, and coordinators, and, above all, the trust and support of Lebanon's official institutions and Lebanese communities across the globe.
Together, we will continue building bridges between Lebanon and its worldwide family.
