The passing of Mgr. Camil Zeidan

The Maronite Church lost the Most Reverend Archbishop of the Diocese of Antelias Mgr. Camil Zeidan, known for his wisdom, heightened sense of responsibility, and tirelessly struggling for his parish against any dangers that threatened it.

With the passing of this respected prelate, university professor and serious researcher, we lose a prominent figure who has left indelible traces with his creation of the Maronite Center for Research, apart from his well-known efforts during the ostentation of the Office of Patriarchal Vicar General at the beginning of his patriarchy and then in Antelias.
