The Maronite Foundation Participates in the Launch of the Working Paper “Ecclesial and Cultural Identity: Maronite Virtues, a Journey to Holiness”
On May 23, 2026 - The Maronite Foundation participated in the ceremony announcing the working paper “Ecclesial and Cultural Identity: Maronite Virtues, a Journey to Holiness,” held in Bkerke under the patronage and in the presence of His Beatitude Cardinal Mar Bechara Boutros Rai. The event brought together several bishops, representatives of Maronite institutions, and members of the Women's Pastoral Offices across the Maronite dioceses.
The gathering served as an opportunity to highlight the leading role of women in the service of the Church and society, while emphasizing the importance of promoting the essential components of Maronite identity and its spiritual and human values.
The Foundation extends its congratulations and appreciation to the Women's Pastoral Office for this valuable academic and ecclesial work. It also commends the efforts of Mother Dominique Halabi, Dr. Mirna Mazouq, and all those who contributed to the success of this distinguished event, which reflected a radiant image of faith, dedication, and the mission of women within the Church.
